Using light meditation and embodied art making to cultivate a sense of inner calm and connection to yourself.
As part of the workshop we will be using natural materials to create temporary mandalas. Materials for this will be provided. However, you are VERY welcome to bring added found objects to use if you wish (leaves, pebbles, flowers, seeds etc.)
Best Part- No experience or skills in art making or meditation are necessary.
This is a not a group therapy session, but a workshop that incorporates light therapeutic methods.
Light snacks will be provided and tea and coffee can be purchased in the Art Escape Café.
